Linear Appliance Direct reserve to the right to refuse, decline or rescind orders where credit card payments cannot be processed, the product required is unavailable or for any other reason within or without the control of the company. If an order is refused, the company will notify the customer and refund payment, if any, as soon as practicable.
Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Click on the items you wish to see more details of and click the "buy now" button to add the item to your shopping cart. When you are ready to make the purchase click on the "check out" icon at the foot of each page.
We accept most major credit cards, but preferably Visa and MasterCard.
Postage Package and Insurance
Shipping costs for goods are as follows:
FREE Delivery - Isle of Wight only.
Delivery to other UK addresses is calculated at checkout.
We do not currently ship outside the UK.
All items will be dispatched within 28 days of receipt of your order.
Returns/Refunds
Refunds will only be given when required to do so by law.
Proof of purchase is required for an exchange or refund.
You have the right, to cancel Your Contract either before or up to seven working days after the Goods are Delivered, starting the day after the Goods are Delivered.
Should you choose to cancel the contract, you must have taken reasonable care of the Goods.
If You cancel an Order after the Goods have been delivered, You will be charged the actual cost of collecting them. Because We may subsidise Our Delivery charge when We initially Deliver the Goods to You, the actual cost of collection may be more than You paid for the Delivery. Please contact Us to find out what this charge will be. This charge will generally be deducted from any refund that is due to You.
Where You cancel your order, we will refund Your money within 28 days of the day You cancel Your Order.
When We receive the returned Goods, We will inspect them to ensure all manuals, accessories, free items and any other components are within the returned package and that You have taken reasonable care of the Goods. If We receive Goods that You have not taken reasonable care of, We shall charge you a fee equivalent to the reduction in their value. If the Goods have missing manuals, accessories, free items or any other components, We shall charge You the cost of these missing items. These costs will be deducted from any refund that is due to You.
If we are unable to supply Your Goods within 30 days of Your Order, you can cancel and obtain a full refund.

Linear Appliance Direct do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Per-session cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. A standard cookie is also used to ensure that when you return to our web site you do not have to fill out all your details again, this is optional when checking out. WE DO NOT HOLD CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD NUMBERS.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your goods are of the highest quality, in the event of there being any defect at all, please return the item to the above address, and we shall refund any postage and replace the defective items or refund the purchase price in full.
